At long last.
The trip to Tongariro from Wanganui was short in kms, but long and windy (both short and long i). Stopped to look at the Raukawa Falls.
Not the first time we've seen fences that are decorated with shoes, but this was an especially long one.
If the weather is good tomorrow, we're going to hike the Tongariro Crossing.
There are shoes on a fence here too! On the 36 from Red Bluff to Eureka. I wish I had a picture.
