Happy July 4th!

More to come to post April, May and June highlights; but for now it all about the 4th of July in Frisco, Colorado.  Our parade was part kids on bikes, part local advertising, lots of tossed-out goodies and plenty of fun.

And what July 4th parade would be complete without a snow plow?

Catching Up

The Mt. Lemmon Short house is sold!  Sad to leave such a beautiful place, but really glad to not have the responsibility of maintaining it from Colorado.

In late April we visited the Hancock/Robins family in Santa Barbara.  We hiked, watched Lucy at a track meet and went to Lotusland.

Then we drove home on some of Arizona's Route 66 and stopped in Seligman for lunch at the Sno-Cap drive-in.

A Foggy February 1

After more than 2" of rain since Friday, we woke up this morning to no mountains and no city. Looking north toward the Catalinas.

Conor, Christmas, and Frisco - December, 2014

We went straight to DC after returning from Cuba.
A shipping container house in Kathleen and Leyla's hood.
Conor and his partner getting ready to dance at a Ceili (pot luck Irish dance get together). Bart took a couple of videos of Conor dancing.
